Requirements

• 1.Valid passport (at least 3 months beyond intended departure from Schengen area, issued within the last 10 years, with at least two blank pages)
• 2.Schengen visa application form (duly filled and signed)
• 3.Two recent passport-sized photos (meeting Schengen requirements)
• 4.Travel medical insurance (minimum coverage of €30,000 for medical emergencies, hospitalization, and repatriation, valid throughout the Schengen Area)
• 5.Flight reservation (round trip)
• 6.Proof of accommodation (e.g., hotel booking, invitation letter from host)
• 7.Proof of financial means (e.g., bank statements for the last 3-6 months, salary slips, sponsorship letter)
• 8.Proof of employment/student status (e.g., employment contract, letter from employer, student ID, university enrollment letter)
• 9.Purpose of travel (e.g., detailed itinerary, invitation letter for business/tourism)
• 10.Visa fee payment receipt
• 11.Interview at the Austrian Embassy/Consulate in Tehran
