Requirements

• 4.Travel medical insurance (covering medical emergencies, hospitalization, and repatriation, with minimum coverage of €30,000)
• 5.Proof of accommodation (hotel booking, invitation letter from host in Belgium)
• 6.Proof of sufficient financial means (bank statements, salary slips, sponsorship letter)
• 7.Round-trip flight reservation or itinerary
• 8.Purpose of travel (e.g., invitation letter for business/tourism, detailed itinerary for tourism)
• 9.Proof of ties to home country (e.g., employment contract, property ownership, family ties) to demonstrate intent to return
• 10.For minors: Parental consent, birth certificate
• 11.Additional documents may be requested by the embassy/consulate
