• 5.Proof of accommodation (hotel booking, invitation letter from host in Belgium)
• 6.Proof of financial means (bank statements, salary slips, sponsorship letter)
• 7.Round-trip flight reservation or travel itinerary
• 8.Proof of employment or student status (employment certificate, student ID, university enrollment letter)
• 9.For minors: Parental authorization, birth certificate, copies of parents' passports
