Requirements

• 1.Schengen Visa application form, fully completed and signed
• 2.Passport valid for at least three months beyond the intended departure date from the Schengen area, with at least two blank pages, issued within the last 10 years
• 3.Two recent passport-sized photos (3.5x4.5 cm), in color, against a white background
• 4.Travel medical insurance covering emergency medical treatment, hospitalization, and repatriation with a minimum coverage of €30,000, valid throughout the Schengen area
• 5.Proof of accommodation (e.g., hotel booking, invitation letter from a host in Belgium)
• 6.Proof of sufficient financial means (e.g., bank statements for the last three months, salary slips, sponsorship letter)
• 7.Round-trip flight reservation or itinerary
• 8.Proof of employment (e.g., employment contract, leave approval letter) or student status (e.g., enrollment certificate) or business registration if self-employed
• 9.For minors, consent from both parents/legal guardians and their passports/IDs
• 10.Detailed travel itinerary
• 11.Visa fee payment receipt
