Requirements

• 1.Completed visa application form
• 2.Passport valid for at least 6 months beyond the intended stay
• 3.At least 2 blank pages in the passport
• 4.Copy of passport bio-data page
• 5.Two recent passport-sized photographs (colour, white background)
• 6.Travel itinerary (flight bookings)
• 7.Proof of accommodation (hotel bookings or invitation letter from host in Botswana)
• 8.Invitation letter from a host in Botswana (if applicable, must be certified by local police)
• 9.Proof of sufficient funds for the duration of stay
• 10.Letter from employer/school (if applicable)
• 11.Return flight ticket
• 12.Visa fee (amount varies, usually paid upon application)
