Requirements

• 2.Visa application form (completed and signed)
• 3.Recent passport-sized photograph (3.5 cm x 4.5 cm, color, white background)
• 4.Proof of accommodation (hotel booking, invitation letter from a host in Croatia)
• 5.Proof of sufficient financial means (bank statements for the last three months, salary slips, or sponsorship letter)
• 6.Travel medical insurance (minimum coverage of €30,000, valid throughout the Schengen Area)
• 7.Round-trip flight reservation or itinerary
• 8.Proof of employment or student status (employment letter, student certificate)
• 9.For minors: parental consent, birth certificate, copies of parents' passports
• 10.Visa fee payment confirmation
