Requirements

• 1.Completed visa application form
• 2.Passport valid for at least three months beyond the intended departure date from Cyprus, with at least two blank pages
• 3.Two recent passport-sized photographs (3.5cm x 4.5cm)
• 4.Proof of accommodation (hotel booking, invitation letter from host)
• 5.Proof of financial means (bank statements for the last three months, salary slips, sponsor letter)
• 6.Round-trip flight reservation
• 7.Travel medical insurance covering emergency medical treatment and repatriation, with minimum coverage of €30,000
• 8.Employment certificate or business registration (if applicable)
• 9.Invitation letter (if visiting friends/family), legalized by a Notary Public in Cyprus
• 10.Proof of civil status (marriage certificate, birth certificate of children, if applicable)
• 11.For minors: Parental consent, birth certificate, copies of parents' passports
• 12.Visa fee payment receipt
