Requirements

• 1.Completed visa application form
• 2.Passport valid for at least three months beyond the intended departure date from Cyprus, with at least two blank pages
• 3.Two recent passport-sized photographs (3.5cm x 4.5cm, white background)
• 4.Proof of accommodation (hotel booking, invitation letter from host in Cyprus)
• 5.Proof of financial means (bank statements for the last three months, salary slips, sponsorship letter)
• 6.Round-trip flight reservation
• 7.Travel medical insurance covering emergency medical treatment and repatriation, with a minimum coverage of €30,000 (approximately $32,000 USD)
• 8.Employment certificate or business registration (if self-employed)
• 9.Invitation letter (if visiting friends/family)
• 10.For minors: birth certificate, consent letter from non-traveling parent(s), copies of parents' passports
