Requirements

• 5.Proof of accommodation (hotel bookings, invitation letter from host in Czech Republic)
• 6.Proof of financial means (bank statements for the last 3-6 months, salary slips, sponsorship letter if applicable)
• 7.Flight reservation (round trip)
• 8.Proof of employment/student status (employment letter, student certificate, business registration)
• 9.Purpose of travel (e.g., tourism itinerary, business invitation letter, family visit invitation)
• 10.Visa fee payment receipt
