Requirements

• 1.Schengen Visa application form, fully completed and signed
• 2.Valid passport (at least 3 months validity beyond intended departure from Schengen area, issued within the last 10 years, with at least two blank pages)
• 3.Two recent passport-sized photos (35x45mm, color, white background)
• 4.Travel medical insurance (minimum coverage of €30,000 for medical emergencies, hospitalization, and repatriation)
• 5.Proof of accommodation (hotel bookings, invitation letter from host)
• 6.Proof of sufficient funds (bank statements for the last 3-6 months, salary slips, letter from employer)
• 7.Flight reservation (return ticket)
• 8.Cover letter explaining the purpose of travel, itinerary, and duration of stay
• 9.Proof of employment (employment contract, letter from employer stating position, salary, and approved leave) or proof of enrollment (for students)
• 10.Marriage certificate (if applicable)
• 11.Birth certificates of dependent children (if applicable)
• 12.Previous Schengen visas (if any)
