Requirements

• 1.Valid passport (valid for at least three months beyond the intended departure date from the Schengen area, issued within the last 10 years, and with at least two blank pages)
• 2.Schengen visa application form, fully completed and signed
• 3.Two recent passport-sized photos (meeting Schengen requirements)
• 4.Travel medical insurance (minimum coverage of €30,000, valid throughout the Schengen area and for the entire duration of stay)
• 5.Proof of accommodation (e.g., hotel booking, invitation letter from host)
• 6.Proof of sufficient financial means (e.g., bank statements, salary slips, sponsorship letter)
• 7.Proof of onward/return travel (e.g., flight reservation)
• 8.Letter of invitation (if applicable, from a host in Denmark)
• 9.Employment certificate (if employed) or proof of student status (if student)
• 10.Business registration documents (if self-employed)
• 11.Purpose of travel (e.g., detailed itinerary, letter explaining visit)
• 12.Proof of civil status (e.g., marriage certificate, birth certificates of children)
• 13.Family members of EU/EEA citizens may have different requirements (e.g., proof of relationship, EU/EEA passport copy of family member)
