Requirements

• 4.Copy of round-trip flight reservation or itinerary
• 5.Copy of hotel reservation or letter of invitation/guarantee from a host in the Dominican Republic (if staying with friends/family)
• 6.Proof of financial solvency (e.g., bank statements for the last 3-6 months, pay stubs, employment letter, property titles)
• 7.Original letter from employer (if employed) stating position, salary, and duration of employment, or business registration (if self-employed)
• 8.Copy of previous visas to the Dominican Republic, USA, Canada, or Schengen (if applicable)
• 9.Travel insurance (recommended)
• 10.Visa fee (amount varies by consulate and visa type, typically paid at the consulate)
