• 8.Detailed itinerary of your trip
• 9.Proof of civil status (marriage certificate, birth certificate of children, if applicable)
• 10.Employment certificate (if employed) or business registration (if self-employed) or student certificate (if student)
• 11.Letter of invitation (if visiting family/friends) or official invitation from a company/organization (for business trips)
