Requirements

• 1.Valid passport (valid for at least three months beyond the intended departure from the Schengen area, with at least two blank pages, and issued within the last 10 years)
• 2.Schengen Visa application form, fully completed and signed
• 3.Two recent passport-sized photos (3.5 x 4.5 cm, color, white background)
• 4.Proof of accommodation (hotel booking, invitation letter from host in Germany)
• 5.Proof of sufficient financial means (bank statements, salary slips, sponsorship letter)
• 6.Travel medical insurance (minimum coverage of €30,000, valid throughout the Schengen area for the entire duration of stay)
• 7.Return flight reservation or full itinerary
• 8.Purpose of travel (e.g., invitation letter for business/tourism, detailed itinerary for tourism)
• 9.Proof of civil status (e.g., marriage certificate, birth certificate of children, if applicable)
• 10.Employment certificate (if employed) or business registration (if self-employed) or enrollment letter (if student)
