Requirements

• 1.Original passport valid for at least six months with at least two blank pages
• 2.Two recent passport-sized photographs (5x5 cm, white background)
• 3.Duly filled and signed online visa application form printout
• 4.Proof of financial means (bank statements for the last 3-6 months)
• 5.Confirmed round-trip flight itinerary
• 6.Confirmed hotel reservation or invitation letter from India (with proof of inviter's identity and address)
• 7.Copy of Nigerian National ID card or driver's license
• 8.Cover letter stating the purpose of visit and duration
• 9.Proof of employment or business registration (if applicable)
• 10.Yellow Fever Vaccination Certificate
