Requirements

• 1.Valid Nigerian passport (valid for at least three months beyond the intended date of departure from the Schengen area, with at least two blank pages)
• 2.Completed Schengen visa application form
• 3.Two recent passport-sized photographs (meeting Schengen requirements)
• 4.Proof of accommodation (hotel booking, invitation letter from host in Italy)
• 5.Flight reservation (round-trip ticket)
• 6.Travel medical insurance (minimum coverage of €30,000, valid throughout the Schengen Area)
• 7.Proof of financial means (bank statements for the last 3-6 months, pay slips, letter from employer, sponsorship letter if applicable)
• 8.Letter of employment/introduction letter from employer (stating position, salary, and leave approval)
• 9.Business registration documents (if self-employed)
• 10.Marriage certificate and birth certificates of children (if applicable, for family applications)
• 11.Proof of civil status (marriage certificate, birth certificate of children, death certificate of spouse, if applicable)
• 12.Original and photocopy of previous Schengen visas (if any)
• 13.Visa fee payment receipt
• 14.Appointment confirmation letter
