• 1.Valid passport (original) with at least 6 months validity and two blank pages
• 2.Visa application form (available from the Japanese Embassy/Consulate)
• 3.One recent passport-sized photograph (4.5cm x 4.5cm, white background)
• 4.Certificate of Eligibility (CoE) - if applicable for long-term stays, otherwise not required for short-term tourism/business
• 5.Flight itinerary (round-trip tickets)
• 6.Proof of accommodation (hotel bookings, invitation letter from host in Japan)
• 7.Proof of sufficient funds (bank statements, pay slips, tax returns)
• 8.Itinerary in Japan (daily schedule)
• 9.Letter of invitation (if visiting friends/relatives or for business, with guarantor details)
• 10.Guarantor's documents (if applicable: letter of guarantee, certificate of residence, tax certificate, bank statement)
• 11.For business travel: Letter from employer, invitation letter from Japanese company
