Requirements

• 1.Valid Nigerian passport (with at least 6 months validity and 2 blank pages)
• 2.Completed visa application form (available from the Embassy of Japan website)
• 3.Two recent passport-sized photographs (4.5cm x 4.5cm, white background)
• 4.Flight itinerary (round-trip booking)
• 5.Proof of accommodation (hotel booking, invitation letter from host in Japan)
• 6.Bank statement (for the last 3-6 months, showing sufficient funds)
• 7.Employment letter/Business registration (if employed/self-employed)
• 8.Invitation letter (if visiting friends/relatives, including guarantor's details and documents)
• 9.Schedule of stay in Japan
• 10.Copy of data page of passport
• 11.Marriage certificate (if applicable)
• 12.Birth certificate (for minors, with parental consent letter if one parent is not traveling)
