Requirements

• 1.Valid passport (valid for at least 3 months beyond the intended departure from the Schengen area, issued within the last 10 years, and with at least two blank pages)
• 2.Schengen visa application form, fully completed and signed
• 3.Two recent passport-sized photos (3.5x4.5 cm, color, white background)
• 4.Travel medical insurance (minimum coverage of €30,000, valid throughout the Schengen area for the entire duration of stay, covering medical emergencies, hospitalization, and repatriation)
• 5.Proof of accommodation (hotel bookings, invitation letter from host in Latvia)
• 6.Proof of sufficient financial means (bank statements for the last 3-6 months, salary slips, sponsorship letter if applicable)
• 7.Flight itinerary (round-trip reservation)
• 8.Proof of employment or student status (employment contract, letter from employer, student ID, letter from educational institution)
• 9.For minors: birth certificate, consent letter from non-traveling parent(s), copies of parents' passports
• 10.Purpose of travel (e.g., tourism, business, visiting family/friends - with relevant supporting documents like invitation letters, conference registrations)
