Requirements

• 1.Schengen Visa application form, fully completed and signed
• 2.Valid passport (valid for at least three months beyond the intended departure date from the Schengen area, with at least two blank pages, and issued within the last 10 years)
• 3.Two recent passport-sized photographs (meeting Schengen requirements)
• 4.Proof of accommodation (hotel bookings, invitation letter from host in Lithuania)
• 5.Proof of return or onward travel (flight reservations)
• 6.Travel medical insurance (minimum coverage of €30,000 for medical emergencies, hospitalization, and repatriation, valid throughout the Schengen area)
• 7.Proof of financial means (bank statements for the last three to six months, pay slips, sponsorship letter if applicable)
• 8.Employment letter/student letter/business registration (depending on applicant's status)
• 9.Marriage certificate (if applicable)
• 10.Birth certificates of children (if traveling with minors)
• 11.Previous Schengen visas (if any)
• 12.Visa fee payment receipt
