Requirements

• 1.Original passport valid for at least six months beyond the intended stay, with at least two blank pages.
• 2.Two recent passport-sized photographs (3.5 cm x 5.0 cm) with a white background.
• 3.Completed and signed visa application form (Form IMM.47).
• 4.Copy of passport bio-data page.
• 5.Confirmed round-trip flight itinerary/tickets.
• 6.Proof of accommodation (hotel booking, letter of invitation from host in Malaysia).
• 7.Proof of sufficient funds to cover expenses during the stay (e.g., bank statements for the last three months, international credit card statements).
• 8.Letter of invitation (if visiting family/friends) or business letter (if for business purposes).
• 9.Employment letter/proof of occupation (e.g., business registration certificate if self-employed, student ID if a student).
• 10.Yellow Fever Vaccination Certificate (mandatory for travelers from Nigeria).
• 11.Visa fee payment receipt.
