Requirements

• 1.Valid passport (valid for at least three months beyond the intended departure date from the Schengen Area, issued within the last 10 years, and with at least two blank pages)
• 2.Schengen visa application form, fully completed and signed
• 3.Two recent passport-sized photos (3.5x4.5 cm, color, white background, taken within the last six months)
• 4.Travel medical insurance (minimum coverage of €30,000 for medical emergencies, hospitalization, and repatriation, valid throughout the Schengen Area)
• 5.Proof of accommodation (hotel bookings, invitation letter from a host in Malta)
• 6.Proof of sufficient funds (bank statements for the last three months, salary slips, sponsorship letter if applicable)
• 7.Round-trip flight reservation or itinerary
• 8.Letter of employment/student status/proof of business ownership (if applicable)
• 9.For minors: parental consent, birth certificate, copies of parents' passports
• 10.Previous Schengen visas (if applicable)
• 11.Proof of civil status (marriage certificate, birth certificate of children, if applicable)
