Requirements

• 1.Duly completed visa application form
• 2.Original passport valid for at least 6 months beyond the intended stay, with at least 3 blank pages
• 3.Two recent passport-sized photographs (colour, white background)
• 4.Copy of passport bio-data page
• 5.Proof of accommodation (hotel booking or letter of invitation from host in Namibia)
• 6.Proof of financial means (bank statements, pay slips, or sponsor's letter/bank statement)
• 7.Confirmed return or onward flight ticket
• 8.Letter of invitation (if visiting friends/relatives), including host's contact details and copy of their Namibian ID/passport
• 9.Business letter (if for business travel), stating purpose of visit and company details
• 10.International yellow fever vaccination certificate (if arriving from or transiting through a yellow fever endemic country)
• 11.Visa fee (amount varies, contact embassy for current rates)
