Requirements

• 1.Valid passport (at least 3 months beyond intended departure date, issued within the last 10 years, with at least two blank pages)
• 2.Schengen visa application form (duly filled and signed)
• 3.Two recent passport-sized photos (meeting Schengen requirements)
• 4.Travel medical insurance (minimum coverage of €30,000 for medical emergencies, hospitalization, and repatriation)
• 5.Proof of accommodation (hotel bookings, invitation letter from host)
• 6.Proof of financial means (bank statements, salary slips, sponsorship letter)
• 7.Flight reservation (round-trip ticket)
• 8.Proof of purpose of travel (e.g., invitation letter for business/family visit, conference registration, tourist itinerary)
• 9.Proof of civil status (marriage certificate, birth certificate of children, if applicable)
• 10.Employment certificate (if employed) or student certificate (if student) or business registration (if self-employed)
• 11.For minors: consent from both parents/legal guardians, copies of their passports, and child's birth certificate
• 12.Visa interview at the Dutch Embassy or Consulate (if required)
