Important Notes

Albanian citizens can travel visa-free to the Schengen Area (including the Netherlands) for short stays of up to 90 days within any 180-day period. This is for tourism, business, or visiting family/friends. For longer stays, work, or study, a different type of visa or residence permit is required. ETIAS will become a requirement for visa-free travelers to the Schengen Area, likely starting in mid-2025. Travelers will need to apply for an ETIAS authorization online before their trip.
