Requirements

• 1.Original passport valid for at least six months beyond the intended stay
• 2.Completed visa application form
• 3.Two recent passport-sized photographs (white background)
• 4.Round-trip flight itinerary/reservation
• 5.Hotel reservation or letter of invitation from a host in Peru (with copy of their ID)
• 6.Proof of sufficient funds to cover expenses during the stay (e.g., bank statements, credit card statements)
• 7.Proof of employment or business registration (if applicable)
• 8.Travel insurance (recommended)
• 9.Yellow Fever vaccination certificate (recommended, especially if traveling from or through an endemic area)
• 10.Appointment at the Peruvian Embassy or Consulate in Nigeria (or nearest accredited mission)
