Requirements

• 1.Duly completed Form 14A, signed by the applicant
• 2.One recent passport-sized color photograph (taken within the last 3 months, white background, matte/semi-matte finish, full face without headgear unless for religious reasons)
• 3.Photocopy of passport bio-data page (valid for at least 6 months from the date of entry into Singapore)
• 4.Confirmed onward/return ticket
• 5.Proof of sufficient funds for the duration of stay
• 6.Hotel booking confirmation or Letter of Introduction (LOI) from a Singapore citizen/permanent resident (Form V39A)
• 7.Invitation letter (if traveling for business)
• 8.Visa application fee (non-refundable)
