Requirements

• 1.Schengen Visa application form, fully completed and signed
• 2.Valid passport (valid for at least three months beyond the intended departure date from the Schengen area, issued within the last 10 years, and with at least two blank pages)
• 3.Two recent passport-sized photos (35x45mm, white background, taken within the last six months)
• 4.Travel medical insurance (minimum coverage of €30,000 for medical emergencies, hospitalization, and repatriation, valid throughout the Schengen area)
• 5.Proof of accommodation (hotel bookings, invitation letter from a host in Slovakia)
• 6.Proof of financial means (bank statements for the last three to six months, salary slips, letter from employer, sponsorship letter if applicable)
• 7.Flight itinerary (round-trip reservation, not necessarily purchased tickets)
• 8.Proof of employment/student status (employment contract, letter from employer, student ID, enrollment letter)
• 9.Purpose of travel (e.g., invitation letter for business, conference registration, detailed travel itinerary for tourism)
• 10.Previous Schengen visas (if any)
• 11.Civil status documents (marriage certificate, birth certificates of children, if applicable)
