Requirements

• 1.Valid passport (valid for at least three months beyond the intended departure from the Schengen area, issued within the last 10 years, and with at least two blank pages)
• 2.Schengen Visa Application Form (duly filled, dated, and signed)
• 3.Two recent passport-sized photos (in color, 35x45mm, white background)
• 4.Travel medical insurance (covering emergency medical treatment, hospitalization, and repatriation with a minimum coverage of €30,000, valid throughout the Schengen area)
• 5.Proof of accommodation (hotel booking, invitation letter from host in Slovenia)
• 6.Proof of financial means (bank statements for the last three to six months, salary slips, sponsor's financial documents if applicable)
• 7.Flight reservation (round-trip ticket)
• 8.Proof of employment or student status (employment contract, letter from employer, student ID, letter from educational institution)
• 9.For minors: birth certificate, consent letter from non-traveling parent(s), copies of parents' passports
• 10.Purpose of travel (e.g., invitation letter for business, detailed itinerary for tourism)
• 11.Visa fee payment receipt
