Requirements

• 1.Valid passport (at least 6 months validity beyond intended stay, at least 2 blank pages)
• 2.Duly completed visa application form (DHA-84)
• 3.Two passport-sized photographs
• 4.Proof of accommodation (hotel booking, letter from host)
• 5.Return or onward air ticket
• 6.Proof of financial means (bank statements, salary slips)
• 7.Invitation letter (if visiting friends/family)
• 8.Yellow Fever Vaccination Certificate (if traveling from or transiting through a yellow fever risk country)
• 9.Letter of employment/business registration (if applicable)
• 10.Marriage certificate/birth certificates for minors (if applicable)
