Requirements

• 1.Valid Nigerian passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of entry and at least two blank pages.
• 2.Completed application form (BI-84).
• 3.Two recent passport-sized photographs.
• 4.Proof of financial means (e.g., bank statements for the last three months, salary slips, or an undertaking by the host/employer in South Africa).
• 5.Flight itinerary (return ticket or onward ticket).
• 6.Proof of accommodation (e.g., hotel booking, invitation letter from host with their full contact details and a copy of their ID/passport).
• 7.Medical yellow fever vaccination certificate (if traveling from or transiting through a yellow fever endemic area).
• 8.Letter of invitation (if visiting friends/relatives) or business letter (if for business purposes).
• 9.Original birth certificate (for minors).
• 10.Consent letter from both parents (if minor is traveling alone or with one parent).
• 11.Marriage certificate (if applicable).
• 12.Proof of employment/student status (e.g., letter from employer, student ID, or letter from educational institution).
