Requirements

• 1.Valid passport (at least 30 days beyond the intended date of departure from South Africa, with at least two unused pages)
• 2.Duly completed application form (DHA-84)
• 3.Two passport-sized photographs
• 4.Proof of onward or return ticket
• 5.Proof of financial means (e.g., bank statements, salary slips)
• 6.Letter of invitation (if applicable, from host in South Africa)
• 7.Proof of accommodation (hotel booking or letter from host)
• 8.Yellow fever vaccination certificate (if traveling from or transiting through a yellow fever endemic area)
• 9.Motivation letter stating purpose and duration of visit
• 10.Visa fee payment
