Requirements

• 1.Original passport valid for at least 6 months beyond the intended stay, with at least two blank pages.
• 2.Completed visa application form.
• 3.Two recent passport-sized photographs (3.5 x 4.5 cm), taken within the last 6 months.
• 4.Flight itinerary (confirmed round-trip ticket).
• 5.Proof of accommodation in Thailand (hotel booking, letter from host).
• 6.Proof of financial means (bank statement showing at least 20,000 THB per person or 40,000 THB per family, equivalent in USD, for the entire stay).
• 7.Letter of invitation (if visiting friends/family) or a letter from the company (if on business).
• 8.Proof of employment or business registration (if applicable).
• 9.Copy of Yellow Fever Vaccination Card.
• 10.Travel insurance covering the duration of stay.
• 11.Visa fee (approximately $40 USD for a single entry Tourist Visa, subject to change and exchange rates).
