Requirements

• 1.Passport valid for at least 6 months beyond the intended date of departure from Thailand
• 2.Visa application form (duly filled out and signed)
• 3.Two recent passport-sized photographs (taken within 6 months)
• 4.Round-trip air ticket or e-ticket confirmation
• 5.Proof of accommodation in Thailand (hotel booking, letter from host)
• 6.Proof of financial means (e.g., bank statement showing at least 20,000 THB per person or 40,000 THB per family)
• 7.Copy of passport bio-data page
• 8.Visa fee
