Citizens of North Macedonia require a visa to enter Turkmenistan. Without an LOI, a visa cannot be issued. Visa processing times and costs vary depending on the embassy/consulate and the type of visa (e.g., tourist, business). Visa applications are frequently scrutinized, and approval is not guaranteed even with an LOI. It is highly recommended to work with a reputable Turkmen travel agency for the entire process.
