Requirements

• 1.Passport valid for at least 3 months beyond the intended stay, with at least two blank pages
• 2.Completed and signed visa application form
• 3.One recent passport-sized photograph (3.5x4.5 cm)
• 4.Proof of sufficient funds (e.g., bank statements, credit card statements) to cover the stay (approx. $750 for 15 days, plus $50/day for each additional day)
• 5.Travel medical insurance policy with coverage of at least €30,000, valid for the entire period of stay
• 6.Confirmed round-trip tickets or itinerary
• 7.Proof of accommodation (hotel booking, invitation letter from host)
• 8.For tourism: detailed travel itinerary, hotel reservations, tour bookings
• 9.For business: invitation letter from a Ukrainian company/organization
• 10.For private visit: notarized invitation letter from a Ukrainian citizen or legal resident
• 11.Original and photocopy of Nigerian National ID card or residence permit (if applicable)
• 12.Proof of employment/student status (e.g., letter from employer, student ID, business registration)
• 13.Yellow Fever Vaccination Certificate (recommended, though not always strictly required for entry from Nigeria)
