Traditional visa applications through embassies or consulates might take longer, typically 5-10 working days, but expedited services are often available for an additional fee. Recent changes have consistently been towards further easing of visa requirements, including expanding the list of visa-free countries and streamlining the e-visa system, reflecting the government's commitment to developing its tourism sector.
