Requirements

• 1.Completed visa application form (Form 15)
• 2.Passport valid for at least 6 months beyond the intended stay
• 3.At least two blank passport pages
• 4.Two recent passport-sized photographs
• 5.Cover letter from the applicant stating the purpose of visit, duration, and proposed dates
• 6.Invitation letter from Zambia (if applicable), clearly stating the purpose of visit, host's contact details, and relationship to the applicant
• 7.Proof of accommodation (hotel booking or confirmed itinerary)
• 8.Confirmed return or onward ticket
• 9.Proof of sufficient funds to cover the stay (e.g., bank statements)
• 10.Yellow Fever Vaccination Certificate (if arriving from or transiting through a yellow fever endemic country)
• 11.Visa fee (exact amount varies and should be confirmed with the nearest Zambian embassy/consulate)
• 12.Additional documents may be requested by the immigration authorities or embassy/consulate
