Requirements

  • 1.Passport valid for at least 6 months beyond the intended stay
  • 2.Completed Visa on Arrival application form
  • 3.One recent passport-sized photograph (4x6 cm)
  • 4.Confirmed onward or return ticket within 15 days
  • 5.Proof of accommodation in Thailand
  • 6.Proof of sufficient funds (at least 10,000 THB per person or 20,000 THB per family)

Important Notes

The Visa on Arrival (VOA) allows a stay of up to 15 days. The fee is 2,000 Thai Baht (THB) which is approximately 55 USD, but can fluctuate with exchange rates. It's advisable to have the exact amount in THB ready. For longer stays, a standard visa must be obtained from a Royal Thai Embassy or Consulate prior to travel.
