Important Notes

Algerian citizens require a Schengen visa to enter France. The visa application must be submitted to the French consulate or a designated visa application center (e.g., VFS Global) in Algeria. The processing time can extend up to 45 days in some cases. The cost of 80 EUR is converted to USD at the current rate (approx. 87 USD). The visa allows for a stay of up to 90 days within any 180-day period in the Schengen Area. Appointment slots can be difficult to secure, and a high level of documentation is required. Ensure all documents are translated into French or English if originally in Arabic.
