Important Notes

German citizens are eligible for a Visa on Arrival (VoA) for tourism purposes, valid for 30 days and extendable once for another 30 days. It is also possible to apply for an e-VoA online before travel through the official Indonesian immigration website, which can save time upon arrival. Overstaying the visa can result in significant fines (IDR 1,000,000 per day) and potential deportation.
