Important Notes

Iranian citizens require a standard visitor visa (subclass 600) to enter Australia. The application process is complex and often involves significant scrutiny due to the high-risk assessment for Iranian passport holders. Processing times can be lengthy and highly variable, often exceeding several months, and are not guaranteed. The visa application charge (VAC) for the Visitor visa (subclass 600) is AUD 190 (approx. USD 125, but can fluctuate) for the base application, with additional charges for certain circumstances or if applying outside Australia. The visa validity and stay duration are determined by the immigration officer based on the applicant's circumstances and are not fixed.
